All DroneEx UAVs are covered by a 2‑year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace defective components free of charge.
Damage caused by misuse, crashes, or unauthorized modifications.
Consumable parts such as propellers, landing gear pads, and batteries (batteries have a separate 6‑month warranty).

Pack the drone securely and ship it to our service center.
After diagnosis, we will confirm the repair scope and estimated turnaround time (typically 5–10 business days).
If your drone is outside the warranty period or the damage is not covered, we still offer paid repair services at competitive rates. You will receive a quotation before any work begins.
Genuine replacement parts are available for purchase directly from our support team or through authorized distributors. We stock motors, ESCs, frames, cameras, and other critical components for fast dispatch.
